Item details

Clydesdale Horse Pair Stuffed Animal Pattern to sew.
There are two patterns in this package. The large horse measures about 18" tall, the smaller one is about 11" tall.

This pattern comes on great paper, FULL SIZE. Includes easy to read, printed instructions and a picture like the you see here.

These horses take about a half yard of fabric, depending on the width of said fabric. You will need almost 16 ounces of polyester fiber fill to fill both of them decently. You will need a skein or two of yarn, depending on whether you want to mix colors for mane and tail. You will also need 1 pair of 15mm eyes for the big horse and 1 pair of 12mm eyes for the small one. Just make sure the eyes have lock washers. You will also need 1/4 yard of shaggy type fake fur for the bottoms of the legs. You could use a long sculpting needle to do just that to the faces, if you want to.
The Clydesdale Horses in the last picture were made in 1982, right before the picture was taken. They are made of Fake Fur with Macrame Cord for mane and tail (6mm) and it worked great! I used mostly fake fur for all of my patterns then, but now have decided to try other fabrics. The first pictured horses are made of felt. Have you noticed that the 'new' horses are blind?

By Mail...within 3 business days of receiving your payment. I ship by the United States Postal System.
International shipping!
My shipping charges can be excessive! Some of the patterns I am selling I have now used with a shipping profile. That gives me the opportunity to print shipping labels thru Etsy. That means that some shipping charges may be more than other shipping charges that I have used in the past, or still use. That way I don't have to do the following for every pattern....**I take all patterns, International mail ones, to the post office. I have them weighed, they put a stamp on them, and mail them. IF you are an International purchaser, I compare what you paid for shipping, with what I paid for shipping, and give you the difference in a PayPal refund! I do take a small amount for gasoline and the cost of the envelope that the item was sent to you in.

**IF you paid thru the shipping profile, and I decide to use the other option of taking the pattern to the post office and have them handle shipping, and the shipping is less than you paid, by more than $1.00, then I will give you a overage paid on shipping refund thru PayPal.

Why 3 days? Some regular mail patterns are accurately hand traced, on nice paper, from permanent templates when payment is received. I do not keep patterns on hand, the paper can become damaged, even in a file folder, so I draw them up as you order them. That ensures that you get fresh, updated patterns in the regular mail. I now have some patterns on hand that have come from a professional printer, hence the price of the patterns has gone up, but it still could take up to 3 days for me to get to the post office.

I will only be able to send these to all of the United States, this includes Alaska and Hawaii. **Please ask for a shipping price to Hawaii and Alaska before purchasing the toy. I am sorry about this, but shipping prices anywhere else are very expensive. All Stuffed Animals and Plushies will be sent Priority Mail Only.

PDF.....Sent to you by me, thru email that prints out on your PayPal packing slip, unless you leave me a message that you want it sent somewhere else.

INSTANT purchase the pattern and pay for it. As soon as payment is verified, then you get to download the pattern to your computer! Depending on how you receive the pattern, either smartphone or tablet, you may have to search your device to find the pattern, and have that device hooked up to your printer. I don't have either one of those items, so I don't know how it works for you to receive the pattern and print it.

I accept Credit Cards and Etsy Payments at this time.

Returns & exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Additional return information
I do not take refunds on any of the items in my shop. IF you were to get a damaged pattern in the USPS mail, and it wasn't a clearance item, then we will 'talk' about it.

Stuffed Animals and Plushies are all Final Sale Items. I try very hard to show the animals in their true colors, and in great lighting. The Stuffed Animals and Plushies are almost always 'one of a kind' and have been made to take pictures of to represent the patterns that I sell all of the time. I also try very hard to describe each animal as it is listed, and probably do a little too much describing, but I want you to get the best animal and to know how it is made and looks before you decide to purchase it. IF you should happen to purchase a stuffed animal or plushie from my shop that you are really not happy with, or that doesn't meet your expectations or my description, then we should 'talk' about it.

Additional policies

I will take some custom orders. I design/sew/sell one animal of each of the patterns I sell. Please ask about custom orders, I might not have sold the animal you are interested in yet, or even put it up for sale. Each Custom Order to you depends on whether I have the fabric on hand to make said item, or IF I have to order/purchase the fabric elsewhere.
