10 LARGER wick holders 1 1/4" wide, the perfect size for patron bottles, larger whiskey bottle openings, to create your tiki torch candles. Each aluminum wick holder includes round 1/4" fiberglass wick, in your choice of length from the drop down menu, for each wick holder. Our wick was manufactured to fit this wick holder. Fiberglass wick does not burn away like cotton wick. Wick length is only a matter of preference, but long wick will not pull from the bottom of a bottle! The average pull of your fuel source is about 4 - 5 inches.

Paraffin oil is a great oil to use. Create your personalized Tiki Torch Candle for use on your deck or patio. Keep your wick low about 1/8".

Note: ALWAYS MEASURE THE OPENING OF THE WINE BOTTLE THAT YOU HAVE. There are many bottles that have different size openings! This is not a cork or a stopper, it is designed to hold the wick in place and sit on top of your bottle with the neck of the wick holder extending down inside of the bottle.

To insert the wick into the wick holder, compress one wick end and feed the wick in an upward motion through the bottom of the wick holder until it feeds through the top, then pull through.

Our shipments are shipped USPS Postal Service to a residential address only. If you need a shipment delivered to a business, we ship UPS there will be an added shipping cost. WE DO NOT DROP SHIP OUR CANDLE SUPPLIES OR SELL AS A GIFT. THERE WILL ALWAYS BE AN INVOICE INCLUDED IN YOUR SHIPMENT.


Payments

All of our orders ship out the same or next business day. If we have any kind of delay we will phone you. Please include your phone number on your order for contact. We do not accept cancellations on orders once the shipping label has been printed or the order has been shipped.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We have a 14 day return policy. Your return order must be back in our offices within 14 days of the date you received the shipment. We have a 25% restock fee on any returned order and all orders have to be approved for a return authorization number. If you have a return please contact us for an RA#. We also do not refund our ACTUAL SHIPPING COSTS TO YOU. (If the order ships free, there is still a shipping cost to us and THAT COST WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ANY RETURN).

You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We do not do exchanges. Please be sure to measure any and all of our openings for the correct fit of our candle supply parts. If we receive a refused order returned to us we have a 50% restock fee PLUS OUR SHIPPING COST.

If you receive an order with damage, contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment and send images showing the damage. NOTHING LATER. Please be prepared to provide us with photos showing the damage. Keep all packaging material until after we have settled the damage. USPS requires images of both the contents and the package for our insurance claim.

If you are returning a shipment, be certain the package is WELL PACKED SO THE WICK HOLDERS DO NOT MOVE INSIDE OF THE PACKAGE, TO PREVENT BREAKAGE OF THE GLASS WICK HOLDERS or any breakable item. We will photograph any breakage and send you a photo as proof if any return is broken. If we receive returned merchandise that is broken, we will not issue a refund to your account. All products must be returned in good condition allowing us to resell those products.

We require immediate notification within 48 hours of the receipt of the order you received if there is any problem. NO EXCEPTIONS.
