1. Most orders will be shipped within 2 - 3 days during weekday, except public holidays (monday - friday). Any orders placed on a Friday will be posted the following working Monday.
2. International orders will be shipped by standard airmail with no insurance or tracking information. Tracking* via registered mail can be purchased in a separate shipping upgrade option. * Limited track and trace results are available for certain countries like United States and Canada as these destination countries do not offer online results for Registered Airmail. 3. Orders are sent to your PayPal address, unless otherwise requested.
4. Returned packages will not be resent. A refund (minus postage fees) will be made if the returned package is received undamaged. If the buyer wishes to have the package resent, additional postage will be charged.
5. No cancellation will be made for orders that are shipped.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Returns: We want you to be happy with what you buy but if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your item upon receiving, please contact us with your concerns and we'll be happy to work out something. Sorry, we cannot accept returns or cancellations for custom orders.
Damages: All items are well-wrapped and protected before posting. Unfortunately, damage of parcels are a possibility during transit. If you receive your order and it has been damaged, please write to us immediately with a photo of the damaged goods.
Lost/Undelivered: Missing shipments and delayed deliveries do happen and unfortunately completely beyond our control once package is handed over to the post office/shipping agent. We can't offer a refund for items lost in the mail using standard shipping, so we recommend you purchase shipping upgrade option to keep track of your shipment. For order/s purchased with shipping upgrade/Registered Airmail: - if package is lost or undelivered after 60 days/ 2 months from shipping date, we offer buyers 2 options: 1. a replacement if item is still available (shipping fee to be paid by buyer) 2. a refund of the item cost (minus the shipping fee)
