Shipments will normally be sent within 2 business days. I usually ship priority mail or first class for all U.S. shipments. If you would prefer another method, please contact me.
International orders are shipped using first class mail.
I will ship to any International location that is permissible. However, some destinations will require a bit more time for delivery.

Returns & exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Please contact me first before making any returns. U.S. customers have one month to return items for a refund. Unfortunately, I won't be able to reimburse return shipping costs. I am really sorry but all custom orders and international sales are final.
CUSTOM ORDERS: I only accept custom orders for owl pillows and gumdrop kitties. To make a custom order, simply purchase either a "custom owl" or "custom gumdrop" and tell me what you'd like made for you.
