Please check your email account for the confirmation of shipping and tracking information, this can be in your regular email or spam etc. Please check all your mail folders.
Any customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please allow adequate time for your purchase to arrive.
Delivery confirmation and/or tracking numbers are the compulsory for international orders, dues to french postal changes.
Please note customs can hold onto a package for far too long, your item won't be considered 'lost' until after 8 weeks.
Please be sure your shipping address is up to date!
I can no longer send to P.O. BOXES as the courier company refuses to deliver to Postal Boxes.
I cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses or undelivered mail.
If package is returned, I will contact seller promptly and reship the item at the buyer's charge or refund the item price only as postage is non refundable once shipped.
All items will be sent off within a 3 day period unless otherwise instructed by the buyer.
As all items weigh differently it would be easier to know which location the parcel will be shipped to before a price is given.
The price will be for an appropriate courier service to your destination and not for the packaging.
Damaged items can only be refunded if insured and after lodging a claim with the postal Service ( La Poste or courier company - France ).
The payment is based on their inquiries/decision..
Lost items:
We will contact the Postal Service supplied for a refund if insured, it is for the buyer to request insurance, this is a nominal fee, paid to the courier at time of shipping.
Please state at time of purchase if Insurance is to be applied.
