The majority of items are dispatched in 1-3 business days following your order by Royal Mail (unfortunately we only dispatch to buyers within the UK and USA, but we intend to expand to other shipping locations in the near future).
Price includes packaging costs. So (e.g product is listed as £3.50 that includes packaging then postage is added £2.05, So you pay £5.55.) All items are sent in favour bags or cellophane covers unless otherwise stated, and in a padded envelope for extra protection so they reach you in perfect condition.
Payments can be made using your credit/debit card, or through Paypal.
Purchased items will be shipped with 3 business days of receiving payment from you.
Cancellation of purchase must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged during transit by Royal Mail, and provided they are done within 14 days of purchase, the buyer pays the return costs. Returns are NOT accepted for earrings for hygiene reasons!
I always get proof of posting when I send items and send an email to let you know when the item has been sent. In the unlikely event that you don't receive your item as it has been lost in shipping please get in touch so I can follow up with the post office to resolve this for you.
