Return Policy.
I am sure that you will be satisfied with your item, but in the event that you are not, please contact me immediately, as notification of your desire to return the item has to be authorized and received within 3 days of arrival or 14 days if you an EU customer. I would be obliged if you could carefully re-pack the item in the original packaging material and return, fully insured.
Please note that to stop goods being photographed for design purposes and then returned, we will only accept returns if we feel that descriptions on the site have been grossly misrepresented.
Please note that the vendor is not responsible for delay or loss of the goods once they are in the hands of the carrier. I will, however, do everything I can, to assist the purchaser in dealing with the carrier should such situations arise. Certificates of posting and insurance certificates are always obtained.
If a customer receives an item which has been damaged in transit, I will require detailed photographs of the item, the outer box and the inside packaging. The customer must inform me by email within three days or 14 days if in the EU and ship it back to us following our shipping instructions. We will issue a refund when the shipping company pays the insurance claim.
We do not take responsibility for any personal or third party losses.
Please note that all antique and vintage fabrics if cotton are laundered lightly by me. Vintage upholstery fabric, antique silks and unused vintage fabrics are not touched as customers usually have their own cleaning methods. These fabrics may have been stored previously for long periods, so may have storage marks and it is recommended that they are cleaned before use.
