We use USPS or FedEx for delivery of all our products. Usually we pack every item in two boxes - one into another. An internal box is floating in the volume of chips - that makes it resistant to external damages. Every item in the internal box usually protected with foam or Styrofoam. Regardless of all those safety measures we do not charge you for them. You pay only for mail service.
We accept all major credit cards. You may also use PayPal for payments. If you live in Washington State you have to pay taxes as well. If you paid for a product and got a notification of shipment, you cannot cancel the purchase and get money back.

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If by chance you get a damaged item, please let us know. Send as a picture of the damage. We will create a new copy of the damaged product. Of course it takes time, but you'll get a replacement in no more than 4 weeks. We do not accept returns. All sales are final. If you paid for a product and got a notification of shipment, you cannot refuse from the purchase and get money back.
