UK customers: all packages will be sent by Royal mail first class which usually arrive within 1-3 working days and longer during public holiday periods
International customers: delivery will take anything between 1 week to 4 weeks and sometimes a little longer depending on the destination/circumstances.
All items within the UK are posted first class, if you wish to upgrade to recorded delivery or downgrade to second class please contact us prior to purchasing so we can advise of amended costings.
International items are posted standard overseas post. If you wish to upgrade to tracked and insured please message me for cost of upgrade.
Any import duties/tax are the responsibility of the Buyer.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you decide that you are not happy with an item after purchase, we are more than happy to refund as long as the item is returned in an unused condition within 14 days of receipt. We will offer full refund but return postage cost must be covered by customer
Pictures All of our pictures are taken in daylight and we do our best to ensure the colour you see on your screen is as close a match to the items as seen in flesh. There will always be slight variations due to different monitors so please bear this in mind.
