I recommend that these iron on applique be sewn on after placement for permanency.
As merlinMN, I first and foremost believe that all of us must reduce our carbon footprint. Therefore, I try not to over-pack (box in a box), unless absolutely necessary, for 'fragile' items. Items are usually wrapped in new tissue paper, securely packed in recycled boxes, and covered with brown paper wrapping before labeling for post. ~~~~ INSURANCE is added to shipping charges for most fragile items. That insurance will get you a refund for anything broken in transit. Please take photos, retain all receipts and packaging (especially the outside wrapping with labels), because you will need them for any claim. Before you file a claim, please contact me, attaching to your email or convo, any photos you have of the item and/or the shipping container. I may be able to add photos and/or receipts for your claim with the shipping carrier. ~~~~ I ship Monday through Friday and occasionally on Saturdays via USPS. Once I have been notified about your order, to the time it is readied for shipment, will take 1 to 3 days. Once the package has shipped, USPS delivers inside the US in about 7 days with Standard Mail services.
I refund postal overcharges of $2.00 or more. If you are ordering more than one listing from my shop, I will gladly combine shipping costs for you and then package both items in one box, if possible. Please contact me before your purchase and I will calculate the new postage for you and place the combined items in a RESERVED listing just for you.
I contact my customers before I send any shipment to confirm addresses, gift wrap, et cetera. I may need a telephone number where your post office can reach you for your shipment. Once your item has been shipped, I will contact you again with tracking information, if available, and the expected delivery date.
If you do need an item gift-wrapped, please convo me BEFORE you make a purchase. Gift-wrap costs will be added to the shipping cost in a new “RESERVED” listing for you from where it can be purchased.
SPECIAL SHIPPING CHARGES OR UPGRADES: If you need FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority or Express Mail, please convo me before your purchase. Additional fees and methods must be agreed upon, in addition to any special packaging and/or gift-wrap costs, etc., before it is placed in a “RESERVED” listing from where it can be purchased.
International customers are responsible for any customs, VAT and/or duty-related fees issued by their country’s postal service. I may need a telephone number where your post office can reach you for your shipment. Please also know that outside of the US, postal services can take several weeks to process your packages from the US.

Returns & exchanges
Refunds and Exchanges: I want your complete satisfaction with your purchase, but sometimes things can and do happen.
1. If your shipment arrives obviously damaged (torn open, tire track marks, etc.), take a picture of the package as you received it, refuse the delivery and contact me immediately via email and/or Etsy's convo/contact system. It should be returned to me at no return postage cost to you and I will refund your purchase price upon receiving the item. If the item was insured, please see the 'Shipping Policies' above. 2. If your shipment arrives and is somehow damaged in its box, please take photos, keep all wrappings, boxes and receipts and contact me immediately. If the item was insured, you can file a claim from the USPS (See 'Shipping Policies' above) and I will help with that anyway I can. If the item was not insured, I will refund the purchase price as soon as the item is returned to me. 3. If you just plain don't like your item, it must be returned to me within 30 days of the purchase date, AND after notifying me first.
