I offer a selection of 'ready made' items as well as 'custom' items. Each listing displays a 'ready to ship' time frame, which is the time I need to either make or process your order. Ready made items ship in 1-2 business days. With regards to 'custom' orders, I normally give a timeframe of 4-6 weeks, depending on the item and the time of the year. If you need your item sooner, please don't hesitate to contact me and I will be glad to see if I can accommodate your timeframe.
I try to recycle all my shipping boxes, so please don't be alarmed if your item arrives in a box marked with another companies name on it
Yes, of course, I love to do stuff like this! Please mention in the 'note to seller' during checkout that the item is a gift, and let me know what you want your message to say. Be sure to also enter and select the gift recipient’s address as the 'ship to' address. I’ll wrap the order in tissue paper, remove all price information and add a postcard with your message.

If your order is damaged in transit or you notice a defect, I’ll repair, replace or refund your order. You’ll just need to follow these steps first: 1) Contact me within 7 days of receiving a damaged or defective item(s), and 2) take pictures of the damaged packaging and damaged/defective item(s), send the pictures to me, and retain all original packaging. I'll be glad to repair, exchange or replace (if same materials are available) or refund original price, including shipping, if you cooperate with providing me with proof of damage/defect within 7 days of delivery. In the case of a repair, I will refund your return shipping once I receive the item

Please note the following regarding custom orders: • Payment for custom orders is required in advance of work starting on your order. • Once we've confirmed all your requirements, I will create a custom listing for you • Once you have purchased the listing, I will then purchase any needed materials and begin work. • And, I may love your custom order item so much that I want to remake it for sale again (excluding the bags), so, don't be surprised if your custom item becomes a stock item in my shop :o)
