All orders will be shipped through USPS First Class Mail and a tracking number will be provided once the item is shipped. If your order is marked as delivered by your carrier, we cannot provide a refund. Therefore, if your mailbox is not secured, we suggest you leave a note to your carrier when expecting a package from us that you would like to pick up your package at the post office. Items that do not fit in our standard shipping envelopes are shipped Priority Mail. Upgrades from First Class to Priority or Express Mail are available at an extra charge. We also ship Fed Ex upon request. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT INSURE OUR PACKAGES. IF YOU REQUIRE INSURANCE, CONTACT US AND WE WILL SEND A PAYPAL INVOICE FOR INSURANCE.
All payments are accepted through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can choose to pay with a credit card through PayPal. Payments must be made within 7 days of purchase. After that, we have the right to cancel the order.
Returns & exchanges
Items in original condition may be returned within 7 days for full credit. Buyer will pay shipping charges to return item. Please contact us before returning items.
If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. (All orders will have tracking and show date of delivery.) After that, we accept no responsiblility for any mistakes or omissions.
