Cilantro (Coriandrum sativum) is a cool season annual with aromatic leaves and flavorful seeds called coriander and is a staple of Mexican and Asian cuisine (sometimes referred to as "Chinese parsley"). Plant successive sowings to ensure continuous supply. Sow 1/2" deep after last frost or as a fall crop. Full sun to part shade. Slow bolting annual, 50-55 days for leaves, 90-120 days for seed (coriander).
Cilantro grown and harvested on-site, using all-natural gardening techniques and USDA-certified organic seeds.
