PLEASE NOTE:
1. (The ONE script balloon is 29.5 inches wide and 13.5 inches tall)
2. The Script Balloons are AIR FILL ONLY and will not require Helium.
3. The Script Balloons will NOT FLOAT, even if you try to add Helium.
4. They arrive in a Flat package and will need to be inflated with the included straw or with a hand pump.
5. This style of Balloon is meant to hang as a Banner or handheld for a photo prop!
6. The Balloons can be re-inflated for another use once they start to lose air over time, but they cannot deflate completely.
7. Balloons have hole-punched tabs on the top and bottom for stringing into a banner.
8. To conceal tail after inflating, simply use a small piece of clear tape

Please check your shipping address during the check out process, we are not responsible for incorrect addresses on orders. After your item is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your package. Once your tracking shows that the package was marked as delivered, we cannot provide replacements. When you receive your package, please verify all of the contents and contact us immediately if there is a problem.

Once we ship the Balloons to you, we cannot accept returns or make exchanges. If there is a defect in the Balloon, we will need a photograph sent to us for review. If it is a manufacturer defect, there will be a store credit or replacement if it is reported promptly. If the item is thrown away before a photo is taken, we unfortunately cannot verify the defect.

We ship our products via USPS. We are not responsible for items that are not delivered on time due to the Post Office. Once it leaves our hands, it is up to the Post Office and their delivery schedule! Please Consider Holiday Schedules when placing an Order. First Class Mail typically is 2-6 Business Days and Priority Mail is typically 2-3 Business Days depending on how far you are from California.

If the package does not arrive on time, please contact your local post office! We ship all 1st Class orders in Bright Pink Packages, so be sure to mention that to your Local Postman and your neighbors to see if it was delivered to them by accident.

Unfortunately, there is not a way to guarantee a balloon :( We buy our balloons pre-packaged from a reputable manufacturer, and they leave here in the same unopened package.

Please review each listing which shows photos using actual products and written descriptions about the item(s) being purchased. Our photos, taken and created by us, show the size of the Balloons and how they will appear next to the other balloons in the set. Please contact us with any questions BEFORE placing an order, we are more than happy to help you with questions! :)
Additional policies

Each order includes detailed instructions with helpful hints about inflating and taking care of the balloons. Latex Balloons work best if you have them filled with helium the day of the event as the usual length of float time is 7-10 hours depending on weather, climate and humidity. Children under eight years can choke or suffocate on latex balloons. Adult supervision is required.

FAQ:
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? We do NOT accept cancellations, if you changed your mind, we can keep a credit for you on file that will not expire.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
We strive to get orders mailed out within 24 Hours! If Balloons are in stock, and we have a pretty large inventory, they often are mailed the same day!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
First Class is anywhere from 2-6 Business Days and Priority Mail is 1-3 Business Days. We ship from Northern California.

COPYRIGHTS:
We Create Custom Phrases and take all of our own Photos using the products we sell in our shop! The Photos from our listings belong to us at GIRLY GIFTS. Please do not use any of our Photos or Phrases for your shop!
