We generally ship most non furniture items via U.S. Postal Service within 3 to 5 days of receiving payment. If you would like expedited shipping, insurance, or signature confirmation, please ask before making a payment.
Note that we do ship internationally, but buyers are responsible for paying any applicable customs fees, taxes, or duties in their respective countries. Please be aware of your country's individual laws regarding imports; we will not be held responsible for any items held by customs.
We will combine shipping on multiple items.
Larger items (furniture) weighing less than 100 pounds and valued under $300 can ship via Greyhound package express within the continental US. to the buyers nearest station. This service requires the buyers telephone number and also requires the buyer to pick the item up when contacted by Greyhound within three days. this service is safe and cheap but requires pickup.
As was mentioned in our profile page we use clean recycled boxes and packaging as often as we can in shipping your items to you. Let us know if this is a problem.
Paypal is the perferred method of payment, although we do accept money orders. We will send you a reminder if you have forgotton to pay, but if we don't hear from you in three days of sale, we will relist the item.
Returns & exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days and will promptly refund the purchase price once we receive the item in the same shape as was shipped. The buyer is responsible for return postage. Please let us know as soon as possible if you have any questions about your order.
