Shipping time: All orders will be shipped within 3 business days.
Tracking: If you're located outside of Canada, tracking is not automatically included in the shipping price. US buyers will see a tracking add-on at checkout. For international orders (outside of Canada and the US), please contact me prior to purchasing if you'd like a tracking number.
Combined shipping: If you're purchasing more than one item, please contact me prior to purchase for a shipping quote.
Lost packages: I am not responsible for packages that are lost in the mail.
Shipping address: Items will be shipped to the address entered at checkout. Please double-check your address before finalizing your purchase. I'm not responsible for packages lost due to the buyer entering the wrong address.
Customs charges: Please keep in mind that if purchasing an item from outside of Canada you may incur additional charges when your package clears customs. I am not responsible for these charges. Sizing: I don't offer refunds or exchanges for items that don't fit. Please check measurements carefully before purchasing and contact me if you have any questions related to sizing.
Condition: My items are vintage and have been worn in the past. I do my best to describe the condition of every item. Please read the item description before purchasing and contact me if you have any questions or would like to see additional photos.
I only offer returns when an item has a major overlooked flaw. Buyers must contact me within 24 hours of delivery. When I have agreed to issue a refund, the buyer is responsible for shipping the item back. I will process the refund once the item is returned to me in the condition it was in when it was shipped to the buyer. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Reserving items: Items can be reserved for up to 5 days, or longer if a deposit is made. Please contact me if you'd like to reserve an item.
