It is very important that all your shipping info is correct when you place your order. Processing begins as soon as we receive your order.
As of now, shipping will be within 5-7 days. Please note any changes to this time frame on the shop dashboard. You can also check the estimated ship time under 'Purchases and Reviews" in your Etsy account.
All orders will ship first class mail with tracking unless otherwise noted.
If your package does not arrive on time please check your tracking number and/or contact USPS with your shipping and tracking information.
We cannot give you anymore information than what your tracking number states.
If your tracking information states your package has been delivered by USPS and you have not received it, please file a claim with your post office. Once the package is with USPS we are no longer responsible or liable for the package. You can purchase insurance for your package for an additional fee. This must be done prior to checkout ( please contact the shop with any questions).

I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you have an issue with your order when it arrives, please contact the shop as we strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
Plan With Pizazz will no longer be canceling orders or giving refunds on orders that are placed. The only exception will be if there is something wrong with the items once you have received them.(Not problems caused by USPS, damaged or lost packages).
If something is wrong with your order, please send us a message with photos clearly showing the mis-cut or printing error.
The only packages that will be replaced are orders that have asked for shipping insurance prior to shipment.
