Items already made will be carefully packaged and sent out 1-7 days after order. If this isn't possible I will contact the buyer.
Shipments are via USPS for US deliveries. Most purchases are shipped by priority mail ( 2-4 days). This option is usually less expensive than most. If parcel post (2-9 days) is cheaper and if it doesnt take 'forever' for the item to get to its destination, Ill use this option.
I ship to the address you have entered on ETSY. Please make sure it is the correct address. I will not be responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. If I record the wrong address I will take care of all return shipping prices.
I cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit. I take great care in packing my items, using several pieces of bubble wrap and wrapping paper on each item. All of my shipped items carry $50 insurance and tracking.
I, as with many other ETSY shop owners, have had to raise shipping prices beacause of the most recent USPS rate hike. I will still refund any shipping charges over $2 after shipping materials are taken care of.
Shipping quotes are determined by recent sales and prompt deliveries of similar items from zip code 26101 (WV) to the west coast of the US.
I try to use recycled packing materials, whenever possible. If this doesnt work for you, please let me know.
Some of my completed packages aren't the prettiest ones you've seen, but they are quite effective!

Payment is accepted through Paypal, credit, and debit cards and ETSY gift cards. If these won't work for you I also accept money orders and cash!

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Most of my items are vintage, antique or pre-owned. I do my best to describe my items with the most accurate description possible. Every item is sold 'as is' and it is the responsibility of the buyer to review all the many photos, titles and descriptions. Please feel free to convo with any questions you may have.
