For UK mainland customers delivery will be made by Royal Mail or by myhermes courier for larger or more expensive item's. Delivery is usually within 3-5 working days of cleared payment, however Please allow for holidays, adverse weather or postal strikes The courier may require a signature so please make sure someone will be at home to take delivery. We can deliver to a place of work but be advised that delivery can take place any time between 8am and 8pm Monday to Saturday.
Once your parcel has been dispatched I will send you a tracking code if available so that you can keep up to date with your parcels progress. If delivery is by courier, they will attempt to deliver to your chosen address 3 times. If undeliverd by Royal Mail, the parcel will be left in your designated safe place or at your local Royal mail parcel collection office. Failing this, the parcel will be returned back to me, I will then refund the cost of the item minus the postage or re-post the item at your expense.
Please note that I can not always track parcels once they have left the UK and can not guarantee a delivery time scale or be held accountable for items held up by customs. You will also be responsible for paying any extra shipping taxes, fees or duty associated with importing to your country
The vintage magpie 01 excepts payment by credit, debit or Etsy gift cards. Using PayPal is also welcome for payment at the checkout.
I am happy to sell to customers outside of the UK, please contact me if your country is not listed in the payment options for a shipping quote.
I currently only deliver to UK mainland and ask that you contact me for delivery prices to the highlands and islands before placing an order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I make sure to pack items safely and securely and use reputable company's to make my deliveries. However, if you do wish to make a return I do offer for customers within the EU the following 14 day no quibble returns policy so long as I am notified by e-mail within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
In the first instance please contact me with a brief description of the problem and a photograph if possible and I will do my upmost to help.
