Orders are shipped Money-Friday. All USA Orders are shipped with a delivery confirmation and that number will be sent to you once the order has shipped. Seller is not liable for orders that are lost or damaged by the USPS. Insurance is available at the current USPS Insurance Rate, if you would like to insure your package please send a message to the seller requesting a revised invoice that includes the current USPS Insurance Cost. International Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and custom charges that may be incurred. The Customs Form can not be marked as a “Gift” and the purchase price can not be understated.
Pay Pal and Direct Check Out Payments are accepted. Orders not paid for within seven business days and with no contact from the buyer will be canceled and the product returned to stock. The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order if there are doubts or questions about the transaction.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, a refund of the purchase price will be given once the item has been returned to the seller. The refund will be given in the same payment type as payment was made, ie: if paid for by Pay Pal - refund will be Pay Pal, if paid for by USPS Money order - refund will be by USPS Money Order.
