Here’s your opportunity to make a bag from a scarf,
a structure that has likely been around for hundreds of years!

Materials: Approx. 230 yards worsted weight yarn of your choice suitable for warp and weft; fusible interfacing and lining fabric.
Size: Bag strap will be approx. 4.5” wide.
Bag compartment area will measure just under 9” wide by 9.5” tall.
Loom Used: Schacht Cricket, 8 dent reed
This bag can be made on any rigid heddle loom, and also on a four-harness loom.
Skill Level: This pattern assumes the weaver has a working knowledge of the loom and weaving in general, in addition to basic sewing skills.

Pattern is five pages long, with 13 color photographs. Regularly $12, ON SALE for $10.
