ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - are shipped via US First Class International Mail. International buyers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees, and should recognize that, though infrequent, customs delays do sometimes happen and can add several weeks to delivery time.
International orders use Etsy shipping to streamline the filling out of the customs form.

If the Pony Express seems to have lost your purchase Jane will replace the item at the cost of a new shipping charge. This can and does happen on occasion.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
This is DESTASH meaning leftover wonderful Treasure so it may have some bit of inclusion not so perfect but some just perfect! All sales are final unless you are really changing your mind and then you are responsible for return shipping with all that was sent in good order. And a refund will be yours!
Feedback is thoroughly enjoyed unless you are really having an ugly day and Jane would most like to work this out with no negative feedback per Etsy! As they prefer that you work it out with the seller first and Jane is always up to replacing an item with something more to your liking as she enjoys Peace and Harmony - which at times is missing from Jane's life also in a frazzled kind of way!
