Multiple item purchases may be combined into a single parcel, and shipping costs will be adjusted accordingly. For multiple item or expedited shipping requirements, we will do our best to accommodate you, and we will send you an adjusted invoice for your total costs as applicable.
We accept any transaction allowed by Paypal payment services. Colorado sales will be charged 2.9% state sales tax, plus your local tax based on your shipping address zip.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Our items are produced as One Of A Kind pieces, and all items are deemed finished works and suitable for final sale. Each piece may have variations in color, stitching, fusing, raw edges,visible seams etc. Any quirkiness in a piece is intentional by the artist. We provide detail images of each product so you can be reasonably certain of what you purchase. If you have any doubts about a product, please ask. We will do our best to provide an answer. If you still have doubts, well..... We'll be reasonable, but let's just try not to create hassles for either party, okay?
Shipping damage or loss. Refunds will be made if your item has been damaged during the shipping process. **You must contact us within 7 days of receipt to make a damage return claim.** We will refund your total amount of product plus the shipping, plus the returning shipping cost according to the labeled postage on the returned package. All packages will be shipped with either signature confirmation, or a tracking number. Signed confirmations will be deemed delivered, as well as tracked packages marked delivered by the carrier. We understand sometimes packages get confirmed delivered, but do not arrive at their destination. If this is your case, please DO contact the carrier with your tracking number as soon as possible. Lost, unsigned shipments will be reported to the carrier. We will allow the carrier time to locate the missing parcel before determining the package irrecoverable.
