Most orders will ship in 1-3 days but some may take 3-5 days. Shipping times for custom orders are noted in the individual listings. All packages are sent either Priority or First Class, with tracking included in shipping cost. If you want your item shipped to someone other than yourself, you MUST put their name and address in the "ship to" section when going through checkout. As a seller, I can only ship to the address given on the invoice. Please confirm the shipping address is correct.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
1) If there is a problem when you receive your item, please contact me within 3 days of receipt of package and I will be more than happy to work with you to resolve any issue.
2) Any requests for refunds or returns must be received within 3 business days of the package delivery date. If we cannot resolve the problem, a refund will be given after the item has been returned to me in its original condition. I am not responsible for return postage, nor can I refund my original shipping cost. If an item is returned due to an error on my part, a full refund (including original shipping cost) will be made.
3) ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS on items returned without first notifying me of an issue. If you need to return, I need to know why, so I can proceed accordingly.
4) Item MUST be returned within 7 days of receipt, in the same condition in which it was received.
5) I am not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. Once a package is turned over to the USPS, it is out of my hands. Tracking information gives estimated delivery dates but these are ESTIMATES. Normally, packages will arrive in the times given but holidays, severe weather, and other things can affect delivery times. Please allow a few extra days if necessary. If your package still hasn't arrived, let me know AND contact your local PO. All items are shipped with tracking info.
