We ship items on Tuesday through Friday. We are a brick and mortar store, so our Etsy shop is open when the store is open. Closed on Sundays and Mondays. We will insure any breakable item and that is included in the shipping cost.
Please note we try our best not to overcharge on shipping. We try to be as accurate as possible and if there is a large discrepancy we will refund the difference.
We prefer PayPal or Direct Checkout. We will also accept money orders, however we do require payment with in 6 days of the order when using a money order or we may have to cancel the transaction and re-list the item.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We want you to be happy with your item! We try our best to take good photos and provide the most accurate information. Due to the age of our items, they may have flaws. This is part of the charm of owning vintage and antique items. But, if there is a problem, we are happy to work with you to reach an agreeable solution!
We will accept returns, but we ask that you contact us immediately (within 5 days of receipt of the item). Once an agreement has been reached, and the item is returned to us we will issue a refund (minus shipping costs).
We do our best to properly wrap our breakable items. If your item arrives broken, please contact us immediately. Save all the packaging and take photos of the box as well as the broken item.
International Buyers: Please be aware that you are responsible for any customs fees incurred with your purchase. Shipments sent overseas will take several weeks to arrive and can not be tracked.
Reserving an item: We are happy to reserve an item. We will change the description, first photo and title to add the word RESERVED. We can reserve an item for up to 3 days only. It's best to go ahead and purchase it when you see it because we have had occasions where someone else buys it anyway and ignores the reserve.
