It is my responsibility to deliver my pottery in good condition. Basically if it is broken, I will replace it asap. The replacement will be as much like the original as possible. That said - each piece is unique. The process of making my pottery takes about 3 weeks. Breakage is something I really don't want to happen. I pack with extra care. On the rare occasion there is breakage--I will need notification within 3 days of receiving the package and a photo or a piece of the damaged item. Any other problems must also be reported with in 5 days for a refund…
I do my best to give an accurate discription and photos. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify me within 5 days of receiving it. Returns will be excepted only in the original condition and packaging for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping……
Items shipped back must be packed in the same way as they were received. If an item arrives damaged for any reason I can not refund your purchase…….
