The Positive: the purchase is that the items came in a timely manner. The negative: the flowers are very small. The size of your thumb print. I attempted to communicate with the shop prior to purchase and sent a message on my actual purchase order. My hopes were for the owner to communicate with me if he couldn't accommodate the large flowers I inquired about. On Etsy, many items are customized so this is not far fetched. The owner simply shipped disregarding my inquiry and message. As a small business myself, I would've touched base with the customer first. After all, customers are what keep the business running. Hence this purchase gets a 2. He was to eager to get the product out as he confirmed in his response to me, instead of taking time to make sure I had what I asked for. Very disappointing!!

Most items in our Etsy shop are listed with the cheapest shipping option available; 1st class mail. We love this service for it's speed and cost. We pack carefully to ensure your purchases arrive in perfect condition. We always insure high value packages. With UPS you will receive a tracking number to watch the progress of your shipments if you have provided a valid email address. USPS packages only ship with delivery confirmation, no tracking information is available. If the USPS delivery confirmation shows that your item reached your mail receptacle the USPS will deny insurance claims, should your package be stolen from your mail receptacle. Therefore we do not replace stolen packages that the post office has a delivery record for. Please do not provide a delivery address where your item is at risk of theft.

International orders are accepted but shipping options are limited and brokerage fees and duties are the customers responsibility. Delivery costs built into our listings only cover 1st class international mail which can take between 10-40 days to arrive worldwide. Additional handling fees may apply. Canadian customers, please visit here: http://www.ups.com/content/ca/en/shipping/cost/zones/customs_clearance.html to view brokerage rates. We do not provide free samples outside of the states. For orders with a total value over $19.99 to Canada please be prepared for a $20 custom clearance fee. Brokerage fees of $50 have been reported for orders at the $200 invoice amount.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Please contact us prior to returning an item for a return authorization and to assure proper handling. Proper packing material is a must on all returned items, they must reach us in original condition and properly marked or be subject to refusal. Credits for returned items may be in the form of a PayPal payment, a return to your credit card or a check. There is a 20% restocking fee on some returns, email or call us before you make your purchase to ensure a return is possible. All returns must be authorized within 7 days and reach us within 14 days from delivery date.
