Each button has 2 holes and measure approximately 15mm or 7/16".

Gift wrapping and personal messages are available on all orders. Gift wrap and embellishments will be in a color and style appropriate for the recipient and occasion. Feel free to contact me if you have a color preference in mind for wrapping.

Crochet toys should be surface cleaned only with a damp, slightly soapy washcloth and allowed to air dry. Blankets are made to be machine washable and dryer safe. It is recommended that the gentle cycle be used for both washing and drying. Most hats, scarves, and headbands can be machine washed and dried. However, I strongly recommend washing gently by hand and allow to air dry on flat surface. This will maintain the quality and shape of your handmade accessories. Potholders, dish cloths, wash cloths, and face scrubbies: simply throw in the washer on gentle cycle and tumble dry, or allow to air dry. These items can be washed with other kitchen and bath items, such as towels of like colors.

I ship via USPS for domestic and international orders. Tracking information is usually available and is provided when orders ship. International orders may have limited tracking. If you need your item shipped Priority, shipping upgrades are available prior to checkout.

Shipping fees are calculated by weight and size of my items when packaged to assure my customers are getting the lowest shipping rates possible. ***Please note that if you place a large order, the system often calculates way too much shipping. When this happens, I will refund the overage.
If preferred, you are welcome to contact me before you place your order and I will provide the correct shipping amount.

PROCESSING TIMES:
Ready made items will be shipped within 1 - 3 business days of payment received. Most items ship next business day.
Please see individual listings on made to order items for time frame of completion and shipping, as the processing times on these items vary. Completion and shipping times will vary on custom orders as well, and will be provided at the time of your request.

Payments

Purchases will be processed after all funds have cleared. Please see my Shipping Policy below for processing times.

I am more than happy to take custom order requests. In most cases, a custom listing will be made, and I will begin making the item immediately after the listing is paid in full.

Depending on the request, I may be willing to begin making the item once a deposit is paid.
PLEASE NOTE: A 50% non-refundable deposit may be required on custom orders over $40. A 50% non-refundable deposit may also be required on lower priced items depending on the customization of the request. This deposit is to cover my time and costs of supplies.
It is requested that all custom orders be paid in full within 30 days from the time the deposit is paid. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

PLEASE NOTE: I am happy to reserve any item(s) when requested, however the item(s) will only be reserved for 5 business days unless a different time frame has been discussed and agreed upon.

**Discounted bulk pricing available when ordering 5 or more of the same item(s). Can be all the same colors, or a combination of your choosing. Please send a custom request, or Etsy message for information about pricing, and production time.

Returns & exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Additional policies

I try to show the colors as accurately as possible, but please keep in mind that the actual colors will vary slightly due to the differences from one computer monitor to the next. If you require an exact color match please contact me before placing your order to obtain a yarn sample. If you wish to exchange any purchase because the color is not what you expected I will be pleased to make the exchange however I will have to request that you cover the additional postage costs.
