This is a new-in-package pattern by Simplicity. Create a cute stuffed animal friend for yourself or a gift from this pattern. Pattern includes design for a dog, bunny, monkey, lamb and bear- oh my!

Pattern is factory folded & uncut.

Envelope may show signs of shelf wear.

Georgia customers are required to pay 7% sales tax.

Patterns can be returned in "like new" folded, uncut condition. If a pattern is returned unfolded or the envelope is torn, a restocking fee of 30% will levied. Cut patterns, and pattern deemed to be damaged beyond use, are non-refundable. All return shipping is at buyers expense; tracking number is required for all returns, and product must be received by seller prior to issuance of credit. Original (purchase) shipping fees are non-refundable. Please refer to shop policies for return timeline and other policies.

Compliment or concern? We want to hear it! We’re super easy to get a hold of, since we ONLY use the Etsy Conversations feature to communicate about all thing Etsy (orders, listing, etc). It’s more secure than other methods, and keeps our communications from getting lost in the spam box in the sky. If you do decide to contact us via email, carrier pigeon, snail mail, soup can, or the like, be advised that we may not get it or see it, so we cannot guarantee a response (timely or otherwise).

It depends; have a gander at the item listing, as it includes item specific return policies/return eligibility. Some returns will have restocking fees & others are ineligible for refund. Please be advised that for all returned items, return shipping costs are at the buyers expense, and we will not refund purchase shipping charges.

Just let us know that you need to cancel your order within 24 hours of payment, and we'll refund, no hard feelings! However, orders cancelled after the initial 24 hour window, may be subject to 30% restocking fees, which will be deducted from refund amount due. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after shipping, regardless of the reason.

Accidents happen! However, will always ship to the Etsy provided address, even if it seems odd. You may in fact live in a van down by the river, under a rock, or on a street with your namesake. As such, we do not make it a practice to personally confirm addresses prior to shipping. This may seem harsh, but it is the buyers responsibility to provide a correct shipping address at time of purchase. We WILL NOT issue a refund if an item fails to arrive at an incorrectly formatted address. However, the buyers should file a missing or lost claim with the shipping courier (i.e. USPS, FexEx, UPS, etc.), as the package may be wandering around, looking for you too!

No one likes it when they don’t get their stuff, but we follow strict policies with this. We ship items out in accordance with processing times. You will receive tracking information when an item is ready to ship. We cannot guarantee a set receive by date, as we too are at the mercy of the courier. The buyer is responsible for filing any and all shipping claims, including claims of missing, stolen, and/or damaged items (regardless if it is marked as "Delivered" or not). Let us know if this happens, so we can direct you to the right steps to take. As a practice, we will not take additional steps towards a resolution unless the buyers files claims with local law enforcement and/or the shipping courier as advised. Thanks for your cooperation.

An item denoted as “shelf worn" simply means that the item has had it's day in the retail realm, and it may be bit rough around the edges. This could mean that the outer package may have scuffs, the envelope might be slightly worn, or there could be other signs of residing on a shelf (or hook, drawer, etc.) in a store. Rest assured that all inner contents of the package are in new, unused, undamaged condition. We do notate how packages are shelf worn in internal records, and those conditional notes are taken into account if an item is returned. The item may not be perfect, but hey, who really can say they are either?
