RUSH ORDER If you need the item in a rush then a rush service will be charge and extra shipping to accommodate your request. However, please contact Bella Bleu before ordering to make sure your request can be handled at that time.
LEAD TIME All custom orders take 7-12 business days (excluding holidays) after payment and all information is received. So if you want it in a timely manner please make sure you get me the information in a timely manner!

PAYMENT Bella Bleu Embroidery takes for your payment through paypal or etsy shop payments.
SALES TAX Michigan residents are subject to the 6% sales tax.

Additional return information
REFUNDS All of my work is custom. Due to the nature of custom work it is NON REFUNDABLE. If i have misspelled a name or made a mistake then I will fix it at the sellers discretion. If item is not fixable by sellers discretion then I replace the item. However, I do not give refunds and I do not cancel order transactions.
EXCHANGES If an item is to be returned to me due to a mistake on my part I do reimburse for 1st Class Mail postage for most items and this item must be shipped back to me within 7 days of the receipt of package. Items such as sweatshirts will be reimbursed for Priority Mail Flat Rate envelope postage to return the item to me. I will let you know what I reimburse for if I've made a mistake or there is a issue with a item I will take care of that at my expense but only for what I note that I reimburse you for. If you choose to pay for delivery confirmation or express mail that is your expense not mine. I also do not reimburse for return shipping or replace items that are damaged by the buyer in any way. For example if you damage your item when you open the envelope with a sharp item that is not my fault and I shouldn't be asked to replace the item.
When you purchase my items you are agreeing to these policies.
INSURANCE Seller is not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. If you want protection please wait to send payment till I can send you a correct Paypal invoice including insurance. That way if something happens in transit you will be protected and can make a claim with the USPS.
CANCELLATION Due to the nature of these custom embroidered items, once your order is placed and paid for production begins, therefore Bella Bleu Embroidery cannot cancel or refund any portion of your payment. Remember these are custom made items and often personalized so order sizes accordingly because they are non returnable nor refundable. Please take care when ordering and consider all sales final.
CUSTOM REQUESTS I still take custom requests! Please send me a convo for what you are looking for and I will see what I can do to help you. Seller must have design freedom to create to work within her embroidery hoop space.

I AM LOOKING FOR ANOTHER COLOR THAN WHAT IF OFFERED IN THE LISTING? If you are wanting another color of a tee then send me a convo and I can see if we can accommodate you. Colored shirts cost me extra so I will add the additional cost to the shirt order.
I AM WANTING A SIZE NOT LISTED? Send me a convo and I can see if it is available and what additional costs will be incurred for the other size.
I AM WANTING ANOTHER DESIGN THAN WHAT'S IN THE LISTING? I will do my best to work with what you are trying to create.
WILL YOU MOCK ME UP AN EXAMPLE BEFORE I BUY? No. If I spend time mocking up orders then it takes away from my creation and stitching time getting other paid customers shirts orders out. If you are wanting a custom designed shirt then I will make a listing for you and afterwards I can send you a mock up.
WHAT IF I WANT ADDITIONAL NAMES OR LOCATIONS WILL IT COST ME EXTRA? Yes, extra names including 2 first names cost extra. Please convo me before you purchase so I can send a proper listing or paypal invoice.
WHAT IF I NEED IT FAST? Please convo me if you are in need of rush service. This service is extra and I need to make sure I can accommodate your request.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING? Sorry, at this time I do not offer gift wrapping or gift cards. Please let the person you are buying it for know that you are sending a gift from etsy.
