Three-Pack of EC-1118 Lalvin Wine Yeast

EC-1118 - A champagne-style of yeast. It tolerates a wide range of fermentation temperatures from 50 degrees up to 95 degrees F. This is a great yeast to help restart stuck fermentations as well get a high alcohol if that’s what your going for. Some use this yeast for distilling because of it tolerance to higher levels of alcohol. Alcohol tolerance: 18%

Each sealed packet contains 5 grams of freeze dried yeast. If stored in a cool and dry place it should last a year or more. Saccharomyces Cerevisiae
