Orders will be dispatched once your payment has been confirmed. I will send the item to the Etsy address unless you ask me something different in message to the seller when checking out. I recommend not leaving messages via Paypal as I might not see it; please submit any request through the message to seller box during the checkout on Etsy.
Your order will be processed within 2-3 business days of payment. Custom orders might take more time. Please contact me about deadlines and delivery, especially if you want your order to be processed quickly.
All orders are shipped via Standard Post service. If you prefer a registered service, let me know and I will update the listing for you.
Please note that tracking is not included in the standard shipping costs. If you need tracking, you will have to opt for a registered service.
International customers can expect to receive their orders in 1 or 2 weeks, but sometimes it might take longer due to customs.
All efforts are made to ensure a safe and speedy delivery. Please understand that I CANNOT be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, or custom fees.
Payment is accepted via PayPal and Etsy Gift Cards. You can pay with a credit card via Paypal even if you don't have a Paypal account.
Please note that payments via PayPal e-cheques can take a few days to clear.
Returns & exchanges
You have the right to return items purchased (in their original condition, unworn, unused, in their original package, with any gifts we add to your order) within 14 days of receipt of your order, at your cost. If you're returning the order because you have changed your mind, a full refund will be given excluding the shipping fee. In case I made a mistake in your order, I will refund your total payment and your return fees. Refunds will be issued as soon as the returned items are received and inspected. Customers must ensure reasonable care of the goods and ensure that these are returned in their original condition and well packaged. I reserve the right to refuse returns of items that are not in their original condition. Please contact me before returning the items to arrange the return. If you prefer a replacement or exchange instead of refund, please let me know.
When returning items, please make sure you obtain and keep a proof of return until you have received your refund/replacement. I cannot take responsibility for goods lost in transit if an evidence of posting has not been obtained.
Please note that for hygienic reasons, I cannot accept returns of earrings.
For replacements, if the item is still in stock, I will dispatch it within 2 business days. If not, I will refund you. Alternatively, you can opt to have your item replaced by a different one. If the price of the alternative item is less than the original item I will refund the difference, but if it is of higher value I will need you to pay the difference in price.

Refunds for Tarot Readings: - If I haven't started your actual reading, you may be offered a refund. - If I start or complete your reading, there will be no refund. I put my time, energy and heart into my readings, and take my work seriously.
Harsh chemicals (like perfume, cosmetics, hairspray, etc.) can damage charms, bracelets and other jewellery. I do not recommend washing dishes or taking showers while wearing jewellery. Constant wear and water exposure can also cause discoloration or the beading wire to soften and break easier, while sweating can result in grimy buildups. Please reduce exposure to all sorts of potential wear and tear, and consider using a jewellery box to store and preserve your pieces.
