Your order will be processed, completed, and shipped, within two weeks or less (current processing time is at least three weeks but please check shop page for the updated processing time).

Most items in my shop are made to order. "Made to order" simply means that each piece is custom made, one at a time. I source all of my lumber from a local lumber yard right here in Watertown,NY. I start by hand-selecting each and every piece of wood! Then, each piece is sanded, stained, and painted by hand. Please note: Because of the unique nature of handmade work, measurements may not be exact.

YES! I love to work one-on-one with you to create something just for you! I have a few "custom sign" listings in my shop for specific sizes. For these listings, you can simply order right from the listing and add your custom phrase in the order "notes" at checkout. If you are unsure if your phrase will fit on the size you selected, or would like a different size, simply send me a message! I would be happy to work out the specifics of your request before you place an order! I'm more than happy to send you a mockup of your piece before it's created, but only if requested. Your satisfaction is my #1 priority, so I do everything I can to ensure you love what you receive!

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or has stopped tracking; please let me know ASAP. I cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages, but I will do my very best to help you as much as I can! To ensure the fastest delivery time, please double check your shipping address before you checkout. If you send me a message after you place an order to correct an address, I can't guarantee that the address will be changed in time for shipment. Please note: If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address or because you have not picked your package up, I will not be responsible for paying to ship the package a second time. You will have to cover any additional shipping fees.

Often times, you will save in shipping costs if I can ship multiple items in the same box. To do this, I'm happy to set up a reserved listing for you to make things easier! If you do not realize the shipping cost is too high before placing your order, please contact me and I am more than happy to submit a reimbursement for the additional costs incurred.

Please contact USPS for items damaged during transit. All items leave my care in the condition they should be. There are times when items can be damaged, lost, delivered to an incorrect address or returned to the sender. Please file a claim with USPS using your tracking info. All signs are insured.

We take photos of all items made by this shop, weather it is a custom order or stock. We retain the right to use said images as stock listing display photos.
