I ship world wide. I do combine shipments. Your order will be safely packed and sent in 1- 3 (parcels 5) workingdays after receipt of payment.
Small orders to 3 cm (1,3 inch) thick, will be shipped as standard mailbox post instead of parcel post, to keep the shipping costs as low as possible. Unfortunately there is no track and trace or insurance with mailbox post.
All parcels which are more than 3 cm deep will be sent via parcel post with Post.nl Track and Trace and is usually taken over by USPS in the United States.
All my items are carefully and securely packed so that they can make a long journey when necessary.
**I do want to mention that some shipments from the Netherlands to a country outside the European Union sometimes take 3 weeks or more.**

Payments can be made via PayPal, iDeal and Etsy's Direct Checkout system.
Combined shipping, parcel items; Up to 2 kilos we can send for the first listed shipping costs. In case of ordering multiple listings, and therefore perhaps overpaid shipping costs, we refund the overpayment to your account.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
You can return the ordered item(s) within a 14 day period. This period begins the day after receipt of your order. After we have received the item(s) - in the same condition as we have sent them to you - we will refund the purchase amount of the item(s). Payed shipping costs and costs of shipping the item from the buyer to us (the seller) will not be refunded. Before shipping an order, you must inform us. Within the 14 day period.
When you receive your parcel; if you see that it is opened, damaged, broken, always open it in front of the postman and ask him to sign a statement if the content is damaged. You have to take photos of the package and the items immediately after receipt and contact us, within 5 days of receipt.
We'll refund the amount of your item in case of damage or loss if it was reported within 5 days after delivery of the package. We'll always try to find a reasonable solution in case of damage or loss.
