{SHIPPING}
Orders ship in 3-10 days M-F excluding holidays. Shipping is First Class USPS. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.
International customers should allow for 4-6 weeks deliver. Sometimes the packages arrive earlier or later depending on the time of year, customs and other unknown factors within their country. All custom fees, if any, must be paid by the buyer. If you have any questions about custom fees or deliver time in your country, please contact your local postal service for further information.

These sticker may be customized to say whatever you would like so long as it fits. To make your request, place your order and add a note to seller during checkout.

The color on your viewing devise may vary from the actual color due to devise calibration, please allow for these difference. These stickers are created with brown Kraft paper, which has slight variations making them unique.


FAQs

Prints generally ship within 3-7 business days M-F. All other items take 7-10 business days M-F to prepare and ship. During peak seasons orders may take longer to ship. Peak seasons are April - June and October - December. To help us better meet your needs during peak season, please add a note to seller during checkout stating the date of the event.

As a general rule you may request custom coloring by adding a note to seller during checkout. If the colors you would like are not listed in an options chart, you may submit images containing your color choice and we will color match just for you. Images for custom color matching must be attached to a message and sent separately from the order process. We will check our messages for requests from you prior to completing your order.

Orders leave our shop by the schedule ship date! If there is any delay we will notify you in a message. Once your order leaves our shop we no longer have any control over the conditions under which your order will be delivered. Because we do not have control over delivery of packages through the postal service we do not guarantee delivery by a specific date. The USPS only guarantees next day or two day delivery packages. You may upgrade to the USPS service guaranteed delivery options during checkout. Many of our items can be sent to you in digital form if you are in an immediate rush! This would eliminate shipping time.

If there is a delay in receipt of your package after you have receive notice of shipment, please let us know and we will follow up with our local postmaster to see if there is anything that we can do to help track down your package. If for any reason your package is lost, we will replace it. A lost package is one that it not delivered by the USPS to address contained in the order and to which the order was shipped.

All messages will be responded to within 24 hours, except for Saturday and Sunday. These messages will be responded to on the following Monday.

If you have any problem or concern with your order, please contact us immediately! Most concerns can be address and resolved quickly! We guarantee our work and will replace an item with one of the same or greater value if that item is no longer available! The guarantee is for 30 days from the date of delivery as shown on the package tracking!

You may cancel your order anytime before production has begun. Fees may apply, see below. **Custom Order Cancellations: (Any order with personalized text or coloring) Customized orders cancellations will receive a refund of the total purchase price minus a 30% non-refundable processing fee so long as the request for cancellation is received prior to the order being processed! Due to the nature of our work we do not allow cancellation once an order has been created! Depending on where your order is in the process, we will work with you to accommodate your request. We do not refund shipping once an order is shipped!

Orders may be returned for repair or replacement only! They must be return in the packing they are receive in within 30 days of delivery according to tracking! If you need a replacement order sooner, please contact us to arrange special instructions!

Rush orders have additional fees to move them up in the production line! You will find the Rush Fee request under Add On & Upgrades under our shop! If you want expedited shipping your will also need to pay the USPS fees for expedited delivery! We will only ship order under the shipping fees selected by the buyer and paid for before the order ships.
