Yes! Our policy is to refund any shipping overages over $1. Approximate US shipping costs for 44" wide quilting cotton are below: USPS First-Class Shipping: - 1 Yard or Less: $3.05 - 1.5 to 2.5 Yards: $3.50 to $5.10 Please note that First-Class Mail is shipped without any insurance. We automatically ship all orders of 2.5 yards and below with First-Class Mail, so please choose Priority Mail at checkout and note this in your order notes if you'd like us to upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail. 2-Day Priority Flat Rate Shipping: - 2.75 to 8 Yards: $7.10 - 8.5 to 19 Yards: $7.54 to 12.85 - 20 to 30 Yards: $17.65
Orders are packed & shipped on Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Saturdays. If your order is received by noon EST the day before a shipping day, your order will be shipped out on the closest shipping day. For instance, if you make an order before 12 PM EST on a Monday, your order will be shipped out on Tuesday. If you make an order at 12:01 PM EST or later on a Monday, your order will be shipped out on Thursday. During the holidays, please allow for 1-2 days extra for processing & shipping times.
Because we are a brick and mortar shop, the amount of fabric we have listed in our Etsy shop is not always the same amount that we actually have in store. We typically list 1 to 3 yards less in our Etsy shop than we actually have in store. This way, if a brick & mortar customer buys some fabric and we do not get a chance to adjust the quantity online, the amount of fabric online will most likely be available for purchase. Please note that this also means that we sometimes have less fabric to actually sell that is posted in our Etsy shop. If you'd like to make sure that we have the fabric you need, please feel free to send us a message and ask.
We cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Although we pack all orders as carefully as possible, what happens to them once they've left our hands is beyond our control. All order shipments with a subtotal below $200 will not be insured unless you as the buyer specify that you'd like shipping insurance and pay for the additional insurance cost. If shipping insurance is requested, we will send you a PayPal invoice for the additional insurance cost and only ship your order once this invoice has been paid. If shipping overages can cover the insurance, we will deduct that amount from any shipping overage refund you would've received without insurance costs. All orders of $200+ will automatically be shipped with insurance.
