Mechanics spend thousands of dollars on their tools and they are often misplaced or forgotten when co-workers, neighbors or relatives borrow them. We offer a mail in engraving service to put your mark, initials, logo etc on your tools. We will charge around .50 to mark each piece that you send us. Request a custom order so that we may work out the shipping to and from your location and discuss your specialized mark, logo or other design. The next time someone borrows your tools they will be reminded to bring it back each time they use it. This service is great for wrenches, torque wrenches, sockets, ratchets, and other high dollar items.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We will accept returns, within 14 days of receipt, if you are not satisfied with our products or services. Returned items must be in a new, unused and undamaged condition to receive a refund. A return authorization number is required prior to returning an item for a refund. The main purpose of this is to discuss the issue and give us an opportunity to work on the problem.
