I love making custom orders. There are a few things you should bear in mind before placing a custom or personalised order: - Be confident in your ideas and chosen designer before placing your order as custom or personalised orders cannot be refunded. - Please read the Turnaround FAQ below before ordering. - It is your responsibility to provide accurate details for the design. - Any errors in the text you provide will need to be corrected before you approve the design. - If you fail to spot them until after approval you will be responsible for the cost of any redesign. - Web colours do vary from printed colours so exact colour matches are difficult. As the majority of my orders are custom or personalised designs all orders can take up to 15 working days (excluding bank holidays) to complete. I ship Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) so please include shipping times from the UK in your delivery estimations. If you have a shorter deadline please get in touch BEFORE ordering. You may need to pay for expedited shipping so arranging this before ordering is the most effective use of both our time. Your turnaround time begins once I have the design brief, all images and text and not from the date of order. I will contact you by Etsy convo with your design proof. Please check your convos regularly as any delays in approving the design will extend your turnaround time.
Tracking does not come as standard on UK post both local and Internationally. I offer a tracking upgrade for both UK and International mail so please check the options in the drop-down menu and select the preferred method of shipping. If you select the upgraded tracking option I will add your tracking details to the Shipping Notification that you will receive by email once your order is on the way to you. If you have just ordered and realised that you need tracking please contact me using Etsy Conversations and I will arrange to upgrade your shipping. If your item has already been despatched it will be too late to upgrade.
- The delivery times quoted by the Royal Mail cannot be guaranteed and the seller cannot be held responsible for any delays after the item has been dispatched. - To avoid disappointment it is recommended to allow additional time for shipping and to also upgrade your shipping to tracked post if you have a specific deadline for your order. - Postal delays can be caused by adverse weather, extra customs security checks, busy holiday periods and industrial action so please do bear these in mind before reporting an item as lost.
It is always annoying when post takes longer to arrive than expected. Your post is not, however, considered lost by the postal system until a specific number of days have passed since the item was due to be delivered. Refunds or replacements cannot be issued until after this time. The times are as follows: UK POST - 15 ‘working days’ or more after the due date. - Claim within 80 days of the date they were posted. INTERNATIONAL POST - Europe: 20 ‘working days’ or more after the due date. - Rest of World (including US and Canada): 25 ‘working days’. - Claim within 6 months of the date they were posted.
