Orders over $100 please add additional insurance as priority mail only covers $100 in insurance. Any items damaged during shipping or lost items is customers responsibility to open a case with USPS. Once the item leaves our hands it has been addressed to the customer and the customer must handle contacting the post office for any insurance claims. We always package items safely/secure and provide tracking information via etsy.
Shipping turn around time is 1-3 days excluding wire in some cases.
We do accept returns however, the items must be not opened and be returned with in 5 days, in addition to buyer paying all shipping fees. Special orders or custom handmade items are non-refundable. Silver wire in 5 lb spools is non-returnable as we order specifically for each order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
Refunds will be processed once per week, so please be patient. There is a 20% restocking fee and buyer pays all shipping costs. Any stones removed from the strands will mot be accepted. Any spools of wire, tools or customs items are not returnable. Return items must be sent with tracking. If you do not insure them you are taking a risk. Items lost in the mail are buyers full responsibility. Items broken in mail are buyers responsibility to handle all USPS cases and are only protected if they have been insured for the full amount.
Shipping is not refundable and is buyers responsibility.

When working with stones or wire the absolute best thing to have on hand is a bead reamer. They are very inexpensive but when working with stones it is a necessary tool! The stones have a straight hole drilled through them before the string is inserted however, with some stones the texture can naturally be more course where it grips the wire. Each strand and stone will vary. The factory uses the 1mm same size bit to drill through all the stones before inserting the string but with Druzy stones , or Howlite it is even more common because of their texture. If your using 20g wire that's 1mm as well which is a tight fit. Most craft stores sell a hand bead reamer for a few dollars but there is also battery reamers in many crafts stores online. We are not responsible for stones/ beads. Tools etc broken during customers handling. If there is any issues with brand name items such as artistic wire or beadalon please contact them directly.
