Your order will be shipped Priority Mail USPS or First Class Mail as soon as possible without compromising the quality of your items. I can't make changes to the provided Shipping Address so if you have made an error, please ask for a cancellation and resubmit your order with the Correct Shipping Address.
Insurance is not required for overseas shipments; however, if you're nervous about the receipt of your items it is strongly encouraged. If you would like insurance on your package, please contact me BEFORE you pay and it will be calculated according to the total value of your order.
I ship orders Monday - Saturday as soon as your order is completely painted, kiln dried, sealed, repainted, resealed, examined for any imperfections, then perfected.
Certain colors take longer to develop and cover properly so it may take a little more time than you or I expect. It normally takes 2-3 days (once shipped) in order to receive your package.
I want you to be completely happy with your order and sometimes this can take longer than expected. You'd be surprised if you knew just how much time and effort is actually involved with all these steps to ensure you receive the Best Product Available.

You are getting the Highest Quality Items here and aren't paying extra for it. These are Permanent Finishes with usual use and care and will last much better than what the competition offers.

Returns & exchanges
If you have a request to return an order, please let me know so we can make a satisfactory arrangement that's fair to both of us. Good communication is key so if you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me.
Naturally with Custom Orders this creates an entirely different situation since the chosen colors and finishes were specifically for you. This is the Sole Reason I offer Color Samples and the ordering of just 1 item ~ rather than requiring minimums.
I reserve the right to refuse a return especially if a lot of time has been invested as it normally is. I offer very competitive rates, color samples, and the ordering of just 1 item and can't afford to give my time away freely.
If there are any concerns about color or size, please contact me to set up color samples and to try one or two of an item before placing a large order.
Returns, Once Approved, must be Received in New, Undamaged, Unused condition and be shipped back to me within 10 days of receipt or 5 days of approval, whichever comes first.
I take client satisfaction seriously and work with you as much as possible. If I've made a mistake I will repair it at no cost to you. However that goes both ways; for example, if you see an item that says it's distressed and don't let me know you wanted it painted differently, that would be an error on your part and I have no choice but to charge you for the return shipping once I refinish it.

If you make a Custom Order, which is Any Item with Your Choice of Color, I Reserve the Right to charge a 10% restocking charge or refuse a return. I will work with you as fairly as possible and that's why I offer Color Samples and the ordering of just 1 item to try it first.

I enjoy working with people and all my products come from a smoke free home. I will refund shipping overages at Time of Shipment to ensure accuracy as rates frequently change and each zone is different.
It is Unreasonable to expect me to provide the Exact size Hardware attachments for your Customized Knobs and/or Drawer Pulls. If you would like to request a particular size, I will do my best to accommodate you Prior to Shipping.
Most of my products do have adjustable hardware and I describe this in the middle paragraph of the item descriptions.
Once your Order is Shipped it is unreasonable to expect me to then send an additional order of customized screws because you need another size. I provide the standard sizes that are available as a Convenience to you and pay for these out of my pocket.
I am unable to work with each client and their particular measurements from long distance and it is easy to take your drawer pulls to a local hardware store along with one drawer or exact measurement of the depth of your cabinets and have them help you get the perfect size screws.
Ace Hardware is particularly helpful and where I go when help is needed to purchase various sized screws. Normally knobs require and additional 1/4" for the screw but this isn't always the case especially with some of the whimsical styles now offered.
