I only ship to US customers at this time using USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping fees include estimated shipping cost, boxing, packing and handling. PayPal address should be the same as the shipping address. Most items will ship within 3 days. Email me with any other questions.
Items will not ship until payment is received. In the event of no payment and no email response within 48 hours, the purchase will be cancelled. We accept all payments through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by debit or credit card! On PayPal's secure page, pick the option to pay with your credit or debit card. Utah customers will be charged sales tax.
Returns & exchanges
If an item arrives damaged, please return the item to me, and once I receive the item, I will refund the purchase price plus the original shipping cost and the cost to ship it back to me. Damaged items should be returned within one week to receive a refund. For "change of heart" items, please mail them back to me within two weeks and you will be refunded the full purchase price, but you will be responsible for the original and return shipping costs.
I strive to make high quality products with high quality materials. These items are handmade, however, and often contain irregularities that are not defects. Because of these differences, I try to photograph each and every item before putting it up for sale, even if I have multiples of the same thing. If you have any questions, please contact me!
