This lovely fabric remnant was from part of a deadstock vintage komon kimono bolt. Material is of a light dove grey, lustrous silk (100%) with an elegant drape. Assorted motifs of kikyo, mums, pampas grass and possibly willow are hand-painted with subtle shades of gray, white and blue ink.
Fabric has a curved corner with notched on each end from cutting, along with a bit of fraying on said ends (shown in pictures). Overall, the remnant panel is in excellent condition. Great for upcycling into luxurious scarves, doll making, fabric jewelry, or other various crafty projects!
