I ship worldwide from Marlborough, Wiltshire and usually mail parcels within 2 business days of receiving payment.

WITHIN THE UK
Parcels are shipped by Royal Mail. If a purchase is urgent, payment and arrangement can be made for me to send it via Special Delivery. Please contact me to discuss.

INTERNATIONAL
Parcels are shipped by Royal Mail and tracking information is provided. Buyers are responsible for any customs charges your country's border force may charge. International orders normally arrive within 10-21 days but do sometimes take longer so please allow up to 28 days for arrival, to accommodate possible occasional unforeseen circumstances (weather events, industrial action etc) in transit.

I will ship to your address provided on Etsy (not your Paypal address) unless you let me know otherwise. I am happy to send to a different address if your purchase is a gift and can also provide a personal note on your behalf. Please convo me with the details.

All items are packed carefully and thoughtfully to avoid any damage in transit.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I except returns with the exception of earrings (for hygiene reasons). Please email me within 5 days of receiving your order, to arrange return. Items returned without prior arrangement with me will not be refunded.

The item must be returned in original condition and with original packaging. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and must be sent tracked, fully insured and signed for. A refund, minus my original shipping cost, will then be provided.
