Each of our listings has its own shipping time frame. If you are needing an item sooner, contact us prior to ordering so that we can let you know and provide you with an additional rush order listing to add to your shopping cart if we are able to get it out sooner. If item is breakable, we also pay for insurance.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We work hard at describing our items in detail, if you believe we have misrepresented anything you purchase, please contact us w/in 24 hours of receipt. Returns only accepted if contact is made and it is un-used. Must be returned in original packaging, sent via priority mail. Tracking info. needs to be provided to us. Returns within 7 days of receipt accepted. A 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from purchase price and all shipping is non-refundable.
