I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refunds will be offered on a case by case basis. If there has been an error made by myself, I will offer a refund or replacement.
If there is a problem with your order upon delivery could you please send me a message before leaving feedback. It is important for all my customers to be happy with their purchase.
In the interest of minimising the amount of waste created, I will not include a receipt with your package unless you specify in the "notes to seller". Also you can print a receipt straight from the order page. Thanks for your understanding!
