All items with a shipping fee of $2.99 & $3.50 will ship USPS First Class.
All items with a $7.95 shipping fee will be shipped USPS Priority Mail with delivery conformation to United States Locations.
All items shipping outside of the United States will be shipped USPS International First Class.
Any additional fees and costs associated with shipping, including duties and other charges your country may have, are the customers responsibility. Many countries charge additional customs duty and/or import taxes. Please be aware that as a seller I do not pay for any applicable duty, VAT (value added taxes) or import consumption taxes charged to you by your country.
I am not responsible for shipping delays or losses.
Jewelry Wizard Designs will not refund purchases for shipping delays, losses or damage.
Delivery of the package to the carrier at seller's shipping point shall constitute seller's sole shipping obligation, and buyer shall thereafter bare all risks of loss and damage in transit.
Shipping insurance is available, and is recommended for any order you can't afford to loose.
Buyers have the option to purchase upgraded shipping with insurance. This insurance is through Shipsurance.com. You may go here to read more about this coverage https://www.shipsurance.com/. If the buyer chooses not to buy insurance, and your purchase is lost or damaged by the USPS, the buyer must file the claim with the USPS.
Seller shall not be liable to buyer for any losses or damages resulting from a package that is late, lost, damaged or any cause beyond seller's control.

Payment must be recieved within 5 days of item purchase. If I am not contacted to make other arrangements, purchases not paid for in 5 days will be cancelled and the item relisted.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Any item may be returned for a refund of the purchase price.
Shipping is not refunded, and the buyer is responsible for shipping on the returned item.
I must be notified of the return/refund within 3 days of the reciept of the item. I must receive the item within 10 days of being notified of the return for a refund to be issued.
All the jewelry items in my shop are handmade. Many of them are made of delicate materials and should be worn with care. The beadwork items are made with glass seedbeads, which can break if missused. Sterling silver and gold-filled metals are soft metals and can bend and break easily. Please use care when buying this type of item as I cannot guarantee jewelry against every day use.
