I make every item myself. No hired help, no pre-made pieces of any kind are sold at my shop. For this reason: Regular purchases from my shop of 1 item, will be shipped within 2-5 business days, 2 items, 4-7 business days in most cases.
I am not responsible for lost items if buyer has given me an erroneous address.
If you purchase 1 item,it will be shipped via First Class. If two or more items are purchased, I will upgrade to Priority Mail.
If items get damaged during transit. I will replace faulty item. However, I reserve the right to request pictures of damaged item(s) and/or being returned. All such claims MUST be done no later than 24 hours after receiving your package. I will not accept claims after extended periods of time.
Boxes larger than would fit into normal mailboxes will be shipped with signature confirmation. Postal worker will not leave them at your door if no one is home to sign. Packages unclaimed after an extended period of time will be returned to me. I reserve the right to charge for additional shipping to send them back to you. All other policies apply to these packages.
When buying multiple items shipped to the same address. Shipping cost will automatically be charged when checking out as per "with another item" in the item's listing.
When buying multiple items to be shipped to different addresses in the same transaction. I reserve the right to bill for additional shipping. I will contact you with a total, if this isn't acceptable, we can both agree to cancel the order.
I accept Pay Pal & any credit cards (Master card, Visa, Discover, Amex) Etsy gift cards are also accepted
Returns & exchanges
Please contact me as soon as possible if you are not happy with your item(s) for any reason. A refund or exchange is cheerfully given within 7 days, less shipping. The item must be returned in original condition. Please re-pack carefully to prevent damage - original packing materials can be reused, and I would suggest insuring it if you have any concern about it not reaching me, as I cannot be responsible for a return that doesn't arrive back to me.
If you have a damage or breakage issue with your jewelry, I am an e-mail away. I will do repairs free of charge if your jewelry fails under normal wear (meaning you take reasonably good care of your jewelry and don't abuse it). For damage beyond normal wear (breakage from grabbing baby fists, yanked to bits in a bar fight, left it on the train tracks, etc.), I will do my best to attempt to repair if I can, but depending on the extent of damage and missing parts, there would be fees for part replacement and labor in that case. CLEARANCE: all clearance items are final sale and are sold as is. CANCELLATION: Cancellation is possible BEFORE item is shipped. If I have already shipped your item. It will be treated as a regular return.
