The standard method of shipping is via the United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class mail. First class shipping usually takes 3-4 business days for delivery once the package ships. We cannot be responsible for delays in shipping due to snow/weather or slower delivery times during the holidays.
We also offer Priority and Express shipping for an additional fee.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a message that your package has been shipped along with a tracking number. We ship Monday-Friday.
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. Please note that we are required to charge clients residing in California 7.5% sales tax.
Returns & exchanges
We are fully committed to providing our clients the highest quality paper goods and we stand behind our work. If you are not happy with our paper goods, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your purchase. If there is an error with your order that is our mistake, we will gladly reprint or exchange your order. Please understand that I cannot accept returns due to customer errors (e.g. clerical errors or typographical mistakes, etc )once a proof has been approved. Preppy Prodigy is not responsible for the costs associated with reprinting and shipping orders due to errors approved by clients. We will do our best to help quickly remedy the situation so you can enjoy your unique and personalized school supplies.
Since all of our products are custom made for our clients, we will e-mail clients a digital proof to be approved if requested. Once the proof has been approved, we will begin printing.
Orders are generally shipped within one to three business days. Monday-Friday.
