All items are shipped standard post through the USPS First Class or Priority (depending on the weight) with a tracking number. Standard shipping is the least costly option and that keeps me from having to charge quite so much. I will also be happy to ensure your items at an additional charge as well. (That 'additional charge' being whatever USPS charges)
If you prefer a different shipping option, such as UPS or Fed-Ex, please let me know and we'll set it up for you!
All items are shipped within 3 business days of the payment being received.

Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 4 days of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
