FABRIC orders are cut fresh, in one continuous piece, unless requested at time of order placement.
Shipping for 1 - 2 yards of fabric is via First Class Mail, and shipping for 3 - 6 yards is via Priority Mail flat rate envelopes. More than 6 yards will ship via Priority Mail flat rate boxes for the most economical service. Substantial shipping cost differences will be refunded.
Fabric is stored in a smoke free environment in plastic containers or protective covering.

Nice fabric print but did not like or appreciate receiving it with a very uneven and jagged cut.
I will be happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases and refund significant shipping overages as a result of combining orders.

I ship within 1 – 3 days of receiving your payment - 98% of orders ship same day. Custom orders ship upon completion. Shipments go out Monday through Friday via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS. If you choose to use another shipping method, please contact me immediately so I can advise you of the costs. Please make sure your etsy address is current. All packages will ship to the address given in Etsy. You will receive an email confirming shipment.
I am a green shop which means I recycle as much as possible - I use recycled boxes when available.
Your order ships in bubble envelopes or boxes. I combine shipping and refund significant overages. Buying multiple items reduces shipping and gives you significant savings.
SHIPPING RATES: My shipping & handling prices are estimates, especially when it's for more than one item or "Everywhere else" rates. If by chance I have significantly overcharged you I will refund you within 48 hours of shipping your item. If the costs of shipping are significantly higher, you will receive an email notifying you of the difference. Your order will ship once payment is received.
PRIORITY MAIL - If you want your package shipped USPS Priority Mail, please select the Priority Mail Upgrade and include it in your purchase.
INTERNATIONAL - I use First Class Small Package. Please note that I am not responsible for any customs fees for international shipping. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations and are payable by the buyer. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.
INSURANCE is optional for orders under $25.00. If you want your package insured, please contact me prior to checking out. Insurance is included for all items over $25.00
Damaged or Lost Items: If you purchased insurance a tracking number will be made available to you at time of shipment. As a Seller I will work with you and support you filing your claim if your package is lost or damaged during shipment.
REFUND OF OVERAGE: My shipping & handling prices are estimates. If by chance I have significantly overcharged you I will refund you within 48 hours of shipping your item.
Payment is expected within 48 hours. I accept credit cards and payments through PayPal and Etsy's Direct Checkout. Faster receipt of payment means faster shipping times. Orders will ship after receipt of payment for all charges.
Please note, you do not have to have a PayPal account to make payments through PayPal. PayPal is a free service and all your account information is protected. The shop owner never sees this information.
Please note that Idahoans will be charged state sales tax of 6%.
